My utility company has already announced, ahead of the passage of Cap and Trade Bill, that it is increasing monthly utility rates by 15% in anticipation of necessary updates.
In addition, my utility company also announced that, if Cap and Trade passes, it will increase monthly utilities by an additional 50% over that 115% over the next few years.
During the hearings on Cap and Trade Bill the EPA suppressed a report on global warming which called it (global warming) suspect. Global warming is a hoax.
It is the Carbon Tax Bill, a bill that was used in Europe to tax people using their "guilt" over the environment to gain easy passage.
