Granholm To Hold Great Lakes Compact Signing Ceremony
Michigan Gov. Jennifer Granholm will hold a ceremonious bill-signing event at 3:15 p.m. in Ann Arbor to inaugurate the passage of the Great Lakes Compact bill.
