I'm sooooooo glad that the Georges aren't able to fix their little cases , what did happen to conflict of interest, I bet their all holding a tight rump now, I just hope this Judge can't be bought and paid 4 2! I hope he'll clean up this ridiculous mess people r trying to pass as a fair judicial court system. It's time 4 all these redneck thugs, conterfeit lawyers and Judges, Doctors, and everyone else who's crooked to finally get what they deserve and the people who care 4 their families to get justice!!!!!!!

It may be good for the county ,but to look at the bigger picture,It's just one more Republican out of the senate to make room for a democrat. To further the democratic agenda, and have total control. Muh Ha ha ha ha

The one in there now made a new law so he could get a big retirement that we will be paying for. He needs to be voted out.

Kelly is wonderful! I have worked with him first hand in the school systems (washington co). He is so fair and talks with everyone with an equal - not like he's on a pedestal. He even helped my father (who he didn't know from adam) find a job with the state when fruit of the loom went out in years past.

I sure hope he is a better judge than lawyer. I saw some very poor legal work done for some clients. I do think he did a good job in the Senate though however he needs to know the law as a judge.

I heard that Elmer is speaking out against his appointment. I wonder why? Maybe because his family won't be the judge on the case? I think so. Our court system is F-ed so I hope that Kelly straightens it out. Far too long cases have been thrown to give family the win.
