A Wigan soldier who tried to rape a teenager outside a nightclub has won a cut in his jail term at London's Court of Appeal.

The courts are letting the people down, its time they changed the laws so effective sentencing could take place, and its time that magistrates and judges were made to realise what effective sentencing is.

They are to busy putting harden criminals like old ladies who cant pay their council tax in prison than to worry about rapists and so forth.This country is becoming a joke!
