THE Plymouth Against Retail Crime scheme is to be extended to cover Saltash after the town suffered a huge hike in shoplifting. Police said that since April there has been a 70 per cent increase in thefts from stores, with the Waitrose and Co-operative supermarkets particularly targeted.
