Cumbrian teenager who threatened police officer spared jail

The charge related to an incident at the home of Kristopher Dean Alexander, 19, of Crown Terrace, Penrith, on March 28. Carlisle Magistrates' Court was told police received a call saying Alexander was on the roof with a knife and might harm himself.
