The only car involved was a Mercedes travelling towards Biggin Hill, which left the road and collided with a brick pillar at the side of the road at around 11pm on October 24. Emergency services were called to the scene in Westerham Road and the driver - a 30-year-old man - was taken to Kings College Hospital, Denmark Hill.
