They aren't deprived at all. They are the most molly coddled parasites in the UK, living off English taxpayers subs. All the political parties understand that votes up there are bought with English taxes, so none of them have the guts to stop the gravy train.
I wish I had the disposable income these wasters have to waste on gutrot cider and whatever else they tip down their unwashed faces morning noon and night.
