A janitor who was injured when she slipped on Vaseline on stairs at a school with a history of sixth-form pupils playing pranks has lost a bid to win damages.
Forty-year-old Mhairi Dobson, of Broom Drive, is alleged to have received A 20,985.30 in housing benefit and A 3,065.41 in council tax benefit to which she was not entitled.
