Firstly saw this event reported on teletext and couldn't take it in - firstly given the size of disturbance extent of violence my first response was where were local police ? Recognition is given to the fact that most of us are aware that the police are over stretched , the wall of silence which now exists following this incident shows the real fears that exist in our communities - where fears of identifying those involved are surpassed by greater fears of being targeted strengthened by feelings of lack of protection / timely intervention- sad refection of our times......

a woman gets killd and no one cares but victoria beckham wears new shoes and it is front page news that is really sad! i hope the person who done this owns up because to me this isn't just one woman this is my mates auntie! i hope you're proud of yourself for what you done you ruined a family and made someone feel like they didn't have something to live for! shame on you! |
