A rare baby seal was rescued from Newport beach yesterday. Moylegrove Coast Rescue Team called in Terry Leadbetter from the Sea life Centre in Milford Haven who confirmed that the seal was a four-week -old black pup, underweight , abandoned and in need of assistance.
