Employing around 34,000 people across Cornwall, the hospitality sector makes a huge contribution to the county's economy and is a sector which is fully embracing the benefits of apprenticeships. One of the South West's biggest names in hospitality, St Austell Brewery, continues to value recruitment through Apprenticeships as essential to the future of its business and, as part of an ongoing and growing partnership with Truro and Penwith College, offered 30 new Apprenticeship jobs in Professional Cookery and Front of House in early 2015.
