Health tourism has cost Cornwall's under-pressure hospital trust nearly A 338,000 in five years after overseas visitors not entitled to free NHS care left without paying their bills. According to data provided through the Freedom of Information Act, the Royal Cornwall Hospitals Trust sees hundreds of foreign patients every year, which may be unsurprising given the county's place as a top tourist destination.
