Seriously, this article presumes that the disease hitting Western Ukraine is Swine Flu. The facts do not suport this. At the present time the confirmed number of Swine flu cases are 15 out of a population of 30 million. This is not exactly an epidemic.
I will agree that whatever the un-named, at this time, illness producing the deaths, it may well be an epidemic. First it must be determined what it is. Swine-flu does not seem to be the culprit.
