A friend of mine watched the tape of the astro-nots on his professor's Beta-max. He said when they did slow motion and stop motion, it was pretty hilarious on the first two loony landings because they were so fake. NASA ended the charade when the VCR became available to the public.
Why do you think that Walter Cronkite (the only man to be named "Most Honest man in America") ended every mission with the words. "Brought to you through the magic of Hollywood".

It is time we put this nonsense to rest and correct the history books and re-educate the children. The lunar landings were a farce perpetuated by NASA to get the $23 billion dollars so the US would have the missile technology to win the cold war.
Time to grow up!
