Former Lowe nanny seeks dismissal of couple's suit

A lawyer for one of two nannies being sued by actor Rob Lowe and his wife for breaking a confidentiality agreement has asked a judge to dismiss the case on grounds it infringes on her right to free speech.

So the maid signs a confidentiality agreement when the job comes up, but now that it serves her purposes not to be quiet, she wishes it rescinded on a First Amendment basis?
