Look for Drew Powell '98 in New Fox Series Gotham

Drew Powell, a 1998 graduate of DePauw University, is among the cast members of the new Fox television show, Gotham , which premieres September 22. He portrays Butch Gilzean, a recurring character described as "the deceptively clever and ambitious second-in-command to sadistic gangster boss Fish Mooney ." Gotham is "billed as 'an origin story' that allows viewers to see Batman as a child traumatized by the murder of his parents, and the emergence of beloved/reviled peripheral characters in the Batman universe such as Catwoman, the Penguin, the Riddler, the Joker, Poison Ivy and Two-Face," writes Tim Goodman in the Hollywood Reporter .
