The DA rules every shooting by police justified -- they own him.
What is the point of going throught the charade of an "investigation"?

Only for a cop would it be considered justified. If that would have been a citizen, they'd be up for murder 1 and convicted on the spot, even though a citizen might have stressed the same feeling of threat. Cops can do anything anytime they feel the urge and it will always be justified no matter what, just because they hold the title of "cop".

Cops can use discretion, but rarely do. They most always choose over aggressiveness, excessive force, or violence, rather than being reasonable so they can satisfy their power trip cravings that come with the job.

Say you are the officer. What are you going to do if a car is barrelling towards you? Shot the car with a tazer? beat the car with a baton? pepper spary the car? nothing is can stop a car unless you stop the driver. Say you were the officer behind this car coming at you. You have no place to go. So you must try to protect the public and yourself from some idiot that thinks running over a cop will get him a get out of jail free ticket.

your so sure about this...maybe we should try it...I will stand outside of your car...you try to run me over.
you have a weapon that out weighs my gun...who will win?

until you have put yourself in danger to protect someone you don't even know you have no idea what it is like to be a cop. Give the COPs a break you don't want their job!!!

No matter what the situation there are going to be some people who will ALWAYS say the cop was wrong. The police officers must make instant decisions based on their training, experience, and the information they have at that moment. God bless them. I'd hate to be in their position.

Daily Horoscope for December 23

Leo

The atmosphere is highly combustible today, with people getting in a stew over the smallest little thing. You will also have a tendency to get hot under the collar, especially if someone isn't doing things as quickly as you'd like. Try to stop yourself getting in a rage because once that happens it will be difficult to cool down again. Maybe you need some fresh air?
