SpaceX's Falcon 9 launches NASA satellites that will track rising oceans and melting glaciers

NASA launches the next generation of satellites that will monitor changes in the world's water supplies. The twin satellites soared into orbit on a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket from California's Vandenberg Air Force Base Tuesday.
