Ceremony marks beginning of 'Tokyo Sky Tree' construction
Tobu Railway Co. and others concerned held a ceremony Monday to mark the beginning of construction work on the 610-meter ''Tokyo Sky Tree'' to be completed in Tokyo's Sumida Ward in the spring of 2012.
