Emirates to go triple daily to Jordan

Emirates will add a third daily flight to Jordan from 1 August, representing a further ramping up of services to Amman after Emirates' flights to Jordan went double daily in October 2012.

U.S. signs water-assistance agreement with Jordan

Aqaba, March 19 - United States Ambassador to Jordan Stuart E. Jones has signed a $165 million water-assistance agreement with Jordan's Ministry of Water and Irrigation and donated a $183,000 "scan van" made possible by the U.S. Government's Export Control and Border Security program .

Jordan: Kingdom to receive JD82m soft loan from Japan

Minister of Planning and International Cooperation Ibrahim Saif told reporters after he signed the loan agreement with the charge d'affaires of Japan's embassy in Amman, Masayuki Magoshi, that the low-cost loan will carry an interest rate of 1.7 per cent with a maturity period of 25 years and a grace period of seven years.
