Climate deal must consider forests: Putin

"road less travelled"!!

Clarification of my #1 post: Its difficult to assess Russia, and its sphere of influence former
indigenous States, geographically inseparate from Eastern Europe who also drive high mpg. automobiles
6% to 8% reductions in vehicular CO2, and its equivalent more critical exhaust heat component, when compared to the U.S.'obligations' as having
a much higher city/urban vehicle-size to popula-
tion/area locii density, hence able to do the planned 35 mpg. CAFE standards by 2020/2024 to cover that portion of President B. Obama's first
average of 7% CO2/heat reductions by 2020/2024!
Now Russia, just like us can reduce its heat/
CO2 from all fossil power plants, by essentially
substituting 6% to 8% Wattage {or equivalent in CO2/heat emissions} with some solar, wind, hydro, and nuclear constructions by 2020/2024! So thats an accumulative average of 14% as per the President Obama, and Cabinet plan by 2020/2024!
Now this is where the importance of World-wide Reforestation/conservation of forests comes in for
after 2020/2024 these trees will mature and take over the task of refurbishing the Carbon Cycle,
by endothermic photosynthesis absorption of CO2,
and both man-kind exothermic civilization heat, and buidings/pavements Solar heats B4 joining overhead air masses; together with replenishing the critical oxygen{O2} used up in CO2 combustions, for stratospheric ozone {O3} replenishment, and cooling water vapor bi-products of photosynthesis! So Russia is not off the hook
by claiming forest CO2/heat credits, until 2020/2024, and BEYOND ! Albeit preservation of forests is a good value judgement recognition!

Clarification of my #2 post: As an examplar, considering little can relatively be achieved
in reducing personal, and commercial transportation engine size reductions as most of
Eropeans are already driving high mpg. cars, and travelled distances in combination with cultural
public transportation utilization, this can be substituted by Russia conserving 6% to 8% of their forests from construction timber/paperpulp cutting;
using more recycled steel, iron beams instead of
wood beams; and recycled paper/rags for personal/
commercial paper/cardboard consumption!
This with the 6% to 8% reduction in power plant fossil fuels, ammount to an average of 14% by 2020/2024! Now the 20% total CO2/heat mitigations
as proposed in some U.S. Senate Bill, or 7% added to the 14% can be achieved in many Developed World countries, as well as in the U.S. by substituting wood beams, with recycled iron/steel, and recycled paper/rags instead of raw paper-pulp, with the same forest conservation schema!
Lots of wriggle-room as far as individual nations
options!!
