Obama Draws Criticism for Sitting Out Berlin Wall Anniversary

The president does not plan to travel to Germany to attend the 20th anniversary celebration Monday of the fall of the Berlin Wall, drawing heated criticism from those who say he's ignoring a shining triumph of American-inspired democracy.

It's not President Obama's fault. Speaker Pelosi continues to suffer from Bush Derangement Syndrome and she refuses to allow President Obama to be Presidential. She may have refused to sign his permission slip to travel to honor America in Berlin.

She is firm in her conviction that President Obama was elected to degrade and devalue America when he is on the World Stage. The Berlin celebration HONORS America and must be shunned.

I don’t know what is more surprising: the fact that the world’s most powerful Socialist isn’t bothering to commemorate the fall of the Berlin Wall, ostensibly one of the biggest setbacks for Socialism in the last century, or the fact that none of the major news networks outside of Fox have bothered to point this out….
