The lower chamber of the Tajik parliament has ratified an agreement regulating the presence of Russia's 201st military base in Tajikistan for the period up to 2042.
Russia seeks Tajikistan to approve military base deal
The agreement allows Russian military presence in three Tajik cities, namely, Dushanbe, Kulyab and Kurgan Tyube, collectively known as the 201st Military Base.
