Google Buying Voip Startup Gizmo5 for $30A Million

The news today is pretty widespread that Google acquired AdMob, a mobile contextual ad serving network perfect for monetizng free iPhone apps and other mobile applications, for $750 million in stock but TechCrunch is also reporting that Google has acquired Gizmo5 for $30 million, cash.
