Pennsylvania's auditor general says the state should use global positioning satellite technology more widely to monitor the locations of convicted sex offenders.

"sexually violent predators whose victims are children should be subject to similar tracking."
here's a better idea - life sentences. |

Now, let's line up the illegal immigrants, implant GPS in them and then toss them right back over the border where they belong.... Oh, the many uses of GPS!

castration would be better & save tax dollars
|
|
Here's an even better idea - lead poisoning. |
|
I agree totally. |

Why only 5 years? Since their record stays with them permanently, why not install something permanently? Male or Female, I'd suggest their most vital "organ".

Lets implant chips in every person that way we know when anyone gets too close to someone they shouldn't be near.

Sounds good on paper, but civil rights people will be all over it. Also, I have a feeling that Jack is sitting in his office trying to think up ideas to make him look good for when he is ready to run for higher office.

Within 15 minutes of conviction. And I will gladly do it and pay for the bullets. |

Best idea ever, since the one of execution of them.

With all the sad incidents happening to children, maybe all babies should have a GPS implant at the hospital. As far as sex offenders, how on earth will that stop any of them before they have committed another offense - finding them afterwards is too late.

What a dumb idea.......
The attorney general gets paid to come up with that? What about murderers, drug dealers, etc. Why not name the U.S., cuba or china? Sounds like someone gets paid too much to give stupid ideas!!!!! |

You parents need to keep a better eye on your children. That is the problem today...you let them on the internet to chat with these predators. Let's face it parents, you let the TV, Games, and computer babysit your children. Most of you are to blame for these problems.

The ACLU will fight tooth-and-nail, any such legislation as "cruel and unusual punishment".
All these gung-ho proposals sound great, but they'll never pass. Just look at all the flack faced by townships who pass laws that effectively prevent SO's from living anywhere within it's borders. Like it or not, SO's still have rights, just as murderers on death-row have. Yeah, yeah, I know the victims have rights too, but that's simply the way it is. |
Chips that will explode when they go within 50 yards of a school, playground, or anywhere large number of children may be found. THAT would be cool !! |
|
ok i am not a parent but i know that parents can't keep their eyes on their kids 24/7. in order forthem to do that they would never be able to let their kids leave the house. parents need to work, kids need to go to school, and it is very important to keep kids active so there are activities and such... should parents quits their jobs and not send their kids to school and raise dumbs kids with no education? parents are not to blame... the sick people out their that see kids as a sexual object are!! |
|
I agree...That would be cool |

I'm a liberal, and I approve of this.
Can we get convicted Catholic Priests implanted with these, too? |
|
I never said they shouldn't work or go to school. And YES the internet and bad parenting are to blame for a lot of these issues. |
