Judoka wins appeal against ban but loses medal

Belgian judoka Charline van Snick won her appeal against a two-year doping ban but was stripped of her bronze medal from the 2013 world championships by the Court of Arbitration for Sport on Friday.

Van Snick to appeal 2-year doping suspension

Van Snick said the International Judo Federation left her no choice because she maintained her innocence and said hair tests showed the amounts found could not have impacted her performance in any way since they were "isolated and minimal."
