Associated Press - May 5, 2009 8:55 AM ET LINCOLN, Neb. - The father of a University of Nebraska-Lincoln student has sued a fraternity and 9 of its members over an alleged hazing incident.

Two residents of the Sigma Chi fraternity were arrested Friday night. According to the University police report, the men were arrested "on outstanding felony warrants for unlawful delivery of a controlled substance." One of the men is 19 years old and the other is 20 years old.

Like all on-campus greek houses at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, the Sigma Chi house at 1510 Vine Street is a private property, independent from Universtiy Housing.
