St. Louis to Host American International Choral Festival

Kathleen "Kitty" Ratcliffe, president of St. Louis St. Louis Convention & Visitors Commission , Gnter Titsch, president of INTERKULTUR, and Donna Wilkinson, chairman of Regional Arts Commission , announced the 2010 American International Choral Festival at a press conference at the Sheldon.
