Is Vermont's Department for Children and Families Doing Enough to Address Abuse and Neglect?

I am glad that DCF is trying harder to find child abuse. Unfortunatley, many people use the reporting system to get "revenge" for somebody they are mad at. i wish that false reporters could be punished.
