Looking for VA Residents Who Didn't Get Federal Tax Refunds

The Internal Revenue Service is looking for 2,200 Virginia taxpayers whose federal income tax refund checks, totaling more than $1.9 million were returned to the IRS by the U.S. Postal Service due to mailing address errors.
