Grants available to help Pennsylvanians pay for electric, heating bills

The LIHEAP program helps people to pay their utility bills. Those who need financial help to pay their energy bills this winter can begin applying for grants starting tomorrow, but some who qualified for help last year might not get it this year.

Drive down through Allentown or Reading or any other crime filled city during the winter and you will see windows wide open. They steal taxpayer money to help to so-called poor pay their heating bills and these morons have the heat cranked up with their windows open. You think they are grateful or thankful that we pay their heating bills; not a chance, they could care less because they think we owe them.
