Jeffrey Beard is a fool. He was a decade ago when I was within the state system and now he wants to ship people convicted in Pennsylvania to other states. The DOC tried this back in 1989 after the Camp Hill and Huntingdon riots and all it got the state was lawsuit after lawsuit. if the system can't hold the inmates it has then the problem lies with the Parole Board. stop sending people to prison for year's on end for DUI and child support and petty drug offense's. Start releasing people that are 2,3,4,5 years over their minimum sentence.
