Penn. lawmakers urged to use sex-offender tracking
Pennsylvania's auditor general wants his state to join the estimated two dozen others that track some released sex offenders with global positioning satellite technology.

Be careful of what you ask for--look at the mess this has caused in California--just another law that can only be enforced on parolees (only 10% of registered sex offenders) The cities cannot afford to pay for the program and the state is going broke.
