ND Republican Party to allow 17 Year Old's to vote in Feb 5th Caucus
The ND GOP Party has decided to allow 17-year olds to participate in the Feb. 5th North Dakota Presidential Caucus as long as they will be 18 years of age by the general election on November 4th.
