Shipwreck to be listed on National Register of Historic Places
“While the listing doesn't place any significant legal restrictions on a vessel, it does bring a certain validity to the discovery and the research that went into the designation”
The wreck of the steamship Hennepin, discovered two years ago in Lake Michigan by Holland-based Michigan Shipwreck Research Associates, has been named to the National Register of Historic Places. via Grand Haven Tribune
