Death of southern Indiana toddler under investigation

When are they going to start charging all of these mothers that know whats going on with accessory or conspiracy charges? I'll scream if she gets off the hook. The grandmother is responsible as well. She saw bruises on him before this more than once and said "it wasn't the first time". What pathetic waste of life on these people.

Jennifer just a little info for you. Someone I know has had their grandchildren for months. CPS was going to remove them and place them in care so my friend stepped in an took physical custody. CPS did not open a case because she (grandma) lives in another county. The mother has now after several several months ripped the 3 yr old from his dad, and is threatening to come get her other kids from my friend. CPS says they will not do anything to stop this afterall she is the mother. So soon you may read about 4 more kids. Grandparents hands are tied even when making reports it becomes a he say she say situation. My friend was told if she gave the kids to CPS she would be charged with abandonment or unlawful care yet my friend can not even take these children to the Dr. I have not read this story yet and will go to it now but I just wanted to put a voice out there that not everything is as it seems.
