Is he going to control the environmentalist who want to save a minnow? Is he going to control the Bay Area folks who do not want a drop of THEIR water to go south? Is he going to control growth and water demand in cities so agriculture can remain/become viable? Will fruits and vegetables and cotton and rice become an economic factor over green lawns and car washes? If all of this falls into the lap of Moonbeam Brown ... we are doomed.

Libra

Believe it or not, 2010 is almost round the corner. Start thinking about what you want to achieve next year. If that means admitting defeat in some projects that you tried and failed to launch this year, then so be it.
