California unemployment rate rises to 6.9%

I wonder how high this would be if they really reported the unemployment rate. The method has been changed and contorted to be almost meaningless. I would like to hear the rate computed the same way they did in 1975. I'd bet its higher than when Carter was president, if computed the same way.

Individual U.S. congressmen like Senator Teddy Kennedy fraudulently promoted the 1986 Immigration Amnesty for 4.3 million illegal aliens.
