Scratch-Off hell its a Rip-Off

Give Arkansans and Companies a fair chance for Jobs. Lottery is only for States that are Welfare States so that their Government assistance can be put back into the Lottos pockets and then to the State.

The only answer is invest in Manufacturing.

So if Lottery is only for "Welfare States" then that makes up almost 80% of the U.S. Right?

You will see. Crack hos and the desperate will be filling the lottery lines even before filling their children with food.
The wealthy and those who know how to conserve already know that you don't get there by gambling especially when your family suffers..

How do you know their family suffers? That may be extra "pocket change" they are using to sratch off tickets.

Believe what you wish, you will see. At the moment I am surprised that you can't see it. Just go to the low income or welfare side of town and get in a line for a ticket. I was behind a known junkie and a young lady just yesterday. The Young Lady used her food stamps card to get a bottle of vinegar for herself and when told she had 5 dollars left on the card, the junkie had her buy a pack of cigarettes with it.

You said,"I am surprised that you can't see it." I see it alright...I see you being judgemental??..How do you know they are spending their "last" on lotto tickets? If it's such a "bad area" why were you in the vacinity? How do you know this person was a "junkie"?
What does her buying vinegar with her food stamp card have to do with buying lotto tickets? You can't put lotto tickets on ANY card anyway.
