New Woking signing Nathan Baxter, who joined the Cards on a season-long loan from Chelsea, is hoping to use first team experience gained in non-league football to advance his career - just as Everton's Jordan Pickford, formerly of Sunderland, has done. Part of the Black Cats academy, Pickford went on loan to non-league sides including Alfreton Town and Darlington to gain first team experience and after breaking into the Sunderland first team the keeper this week secured a 30m move to Everton.
