UW graduate suspected in shooting of Seattle officer

UW alumnus Christopher John Monfort is suspected in the shooting of Seattle Police Department officer Tim Brenton and was in critical condition Saturday from a gunshot wound to the head after a confrontation with police, according to The Seattle Times.
