SPLM-DC is spreading in South Sudan states- official

The Deputy Chairman and a Acting Secretary General for Sudan People's Liberation Movement Democratic Change Engineer Charles Kisanga had affirmed that the newly formed party spreading highly in all greater Equatoria counties, Upper Nile state and Western Bhar-El-Gazal region.
