James Wani Igga, Southern Sudan Legislative Assembly Speaker and chairperson of the SPLM strategic mobilization campaign at the level of the Government of Southern Sudan, arrived in the capital of Western Bahr El-Ghazal on Monday and addressed supporters at Isaac football stadium.
