The LOW Turnout For Voters REGISTRATION

The low turnoutfor Votes Registration reflects the Attrocities committed by the GoSS officials,Military officials,Top CIVIL Servant the so called Sudan People Liberations Army within the past 4years of CPA by killing inocent Civilians , torturing by soldiers, corruptions, and arrest within warrant. Thefore the number ofCivilians you killed is proportional to the VOTEs you will lose.
