Yeah, and it won't ever stand up in a court of law. They tried to do the same in LA and it was tossed, just Google it:

We should really do what Argentina and Mexico have done - legalize and regulate - and then direct the police to focus on violence instead of asset seizures. This is from Aug 2009, Guardian UK:

People who smoke cannabis don't fly into angry rages the way alcoholics and meth addicts do. Many are the times I've talked crazy people down - but only with the aid of a big fat blunt.

P.S. If you find your friends mixing cocaine and meth and alcohol, you probably need new friends.
