San Jose to homeowners: pay for our trees
“I don't think you should blanketly give the responsibility to the homeowner or to the city”
San Jose Mayor Chuck Reed may want to plant 100,000 trees around town over the next 15 years, but it's going to be everyday homeowners who are left footing the bill. via San Jose Mercury News
