Officer Acquitted In Off-Duty Shooting Will Return To Duty

Hitting and injuring a young innocent boy who will probably be handicapped due to his action.
I was followed in rush hour traffic by a sdpd officer who had a dog in the car.
This officer was so close to me and the dog was running back and forth in the backseat.
This officer was tailgating and at least twice due to the distraction in his car nearly struck mine from behind.
I pulled up to make a right hand turn and the officer pulled up behind me.
Due to the size of his cruiser could not make the right hand turn as well.
I pulled into my neighborhood and the officer stopped me in the street.
I was ticketed for pulling into a bicycle lane to make a right hand turn.
When we went to court the officer could not quote the motor vehicle code about the very thing he ticketed me for.
He couldn't remember anything of that day but the fact I pulled through the bicycle lane to make a turn.
I went to traffic school and had the cost of the ticket reduced due to his failure for not knowing the laws he cites others for.
Sorry but if your a SDPD officer your a lesser class of officer in my opinion.
Because they will hire any stray dog off the street.
I think it must be a qualification to be a criminally indicted person to be a police officer in San Diego.
Look out the citizens of San Diego this guy will soon be in your midst.

Ms. Silve had a child in the car and Mr White sought to be aggressive towards a fellow citizen.
As any mother or father will tell you they will do everything to escape a potential aggressor when encountering them in public or on the road.

This woman may or may not have been impaired but he opened fire into her car striking and almost killing a little boy.
Yes all parents have a right to protect their children from criminals and if someone was pointing a gun at me and not showing me a badge or wearing a uniform I would openly perceive them as a threat and make every attempt to leave.
Mr White had his wife in the car and isn't it amazing she also was a member of law enforcement.
So you have two members of law enforcement who openly confronted a person of color and shot her and her child all on the belief they were in danger. What I find interesting is a innocent boy was shot and Mr White nor his wife had any open wounds and never suffered any physical injuries.
Sorry but Mr White and his wife are both racist murdering gun toting members of law enforcement.
I hope this boys father forces them to be held accountable for their behavior.
As for Ms Silva you try being a single mother and the wife of a military man on your own in this world when he is gone.
Then tell me you wouldn't be a little stressed and might drink a little to much.
We don't know the whole truth and Mr White and his wife both used their connections to law enforcement to make sure they covered their collective azzes.

Ms Silva that night may have just trying to protect her small innocent child from a road raging pyschopathic cop.
I only hope the jury who hears the civil trial make Mr White and his lovely wife pay for their behavior that night.
When the father of this boy went to Iraq he never dreamed a racist police officer would try to kill his wife or his child.
Sorry but Mr White your wife and you need to fess up to your criminal behavior that night and accept your part in almost murdering and leaving a child handicapped for life.
You get no sympathy from me or numerous members of society.
