Seven Summer Russian Arts Festivals

The weather looks like it will be a bit cool and rainy this weekend in Moscow - how about getting out of the city and enjoying one of the great arts festivals outside the capital? Here are some picks through the end of July. Named after Soviet writer and poet Andrei Platonov, who was born and lived much of his life in Voronezh, the Platonov Festival was launched eight years ago.
