In Russia, a grass-roots bid to expose Stalin's 'Great Terror'
The nascent movement mirrors efforts in many countries - Japan, Germany, Rwanda, and the United States, to name a few - to confront elements of a dark past. The relatives of family members who were killed by Joseph Stalin's secret police put flowers and candles on graves where the victims' remains have been reburied near Voronezh, Russia.
